Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Every order within the United States ships free — no minimum required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update.

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

We are so sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund right away.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Most of our pieces are made with nickel-free, lead-free materials such as stainless steel, sterling silver, and 18K gold plating. Check each product description for exact materials.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Keep pieces away from water, perfume, and lotion; store them in a dry place; and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. This keeps plated pieces shining for much longer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or edit your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that it enters processing and cannot be changed, but you can return it once it arrives.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet — we currently ship only within the U.S. Stay tuned for updates!
