We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.
How to Start a Return
Email us at morjinabegum4040@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item once it arrives.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or engraved items, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
