Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C. and U.S. territories.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every U.S. order — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. Some of our pieces are shipped directly from our partner workshops overseas, which allows us to keep prices low, but may add a few extra days in transit. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events) delivery may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the shipping label is created.
Multiple Items
If you order several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged any extra shipping for split shipments.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us and we will investigate and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped to the U.S. do not incur customs fees or import duties.
